Based very close to great Kemptown restaurants as well as The Lanes, nearby cafes and the Pier/Town Centre or Marina.

The thomas kemp was 10 mins walk away. Location was within 15 min walking distance to Brighton Naturist Beach. Even the London Gatwick airport was not so far. Brilliant place for a vacation in Brighton.
